About this space

A large house where 10 people can comfortably fit. Located inside the city walls, it is close to all must-sees of Cartagena.

It is a family house where we still spend several weeks every year.

3 personels work for the house and bear the responsibility to:
– prepare the breakfast (ingredients bought by guests)
– clean the house every day
– ensure a lovely stay for our guests

The space

The house has 3 floors.
-1st floor has en entrance, 2 rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 indoor livingroom and 2 outdoor livingroom.
-2nd floor has a living room, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms
-3rd floor is a mirador

We are continuously improving the house to reach the best experience based on guest’s feedback. Latest improvements:
– installation of a double roof on rooms 3 and 4 to keep heat from entering the rooms (january 2020)
– new couches for all beds (June 2019)
– new flat smart TV bought for children’s distraction (march 2019)
– Installation of a safe in room 1 (January 2019)
– Hot water in bathroom 1 (nov 2018)

Guest access

Guests will have access to all the house and facilities except for one room we keep for storage.

Other things to note

Important comments:

– Normal check-out is 12pm (noon) and late check-out is free of charge until 3pm (if there is no new traveler check-in on the same day). Check-out or check-in after 5pm will be charged 20usd.
– the house does not have any air conditioning but has several ventilators per room
– we provide cleaning personel everyday from 8am to 5pm (2 people for groups above 6)
– we provide a butler from 8am to 5pm from monday to saturday (maintenance, security, support). On sundays, the hours are 8am to 12am
– The house has 2 security cameras at the entrance and one on the third floor. Should you require further information please contact me
– Lock out or lost keys will be charges 40usd

All these services are included in the price and are done by people we completely trust

Note: no one is allowed to stay at night other than the travelers of the AirBnb travelers
